We sell educational study materials in two formats: physical printed maps, dispatched by courier, and digital data products, delivered as an instant download. Each product listing clearly states which type it is before you add it to your cart.

All map content, designs, layouts, and educational material sold on this website are the intellectual property of Bhoo-Mitra Geo Technologies. Purchasing a product gives you the right to use it for your own study or teaching purposes — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying content to you.

You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, publicly share, or use our map content or digital products for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission. This applies to both physical copies (e.g. photocopying and reselling) and digital files.

Digital products are licensed, not sold, for your personal use only. You may download and use the file for your own individual study or reference. You may not share the download link, upload the file to any file-sharing service, distribute copies to others, or use the file for any commercial purpose.

All prices displayed on this website are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) as applicable under Indian law. The price you see at checkout, plus any shipping charge shown, is the final amount you pay — there are no hidden fees added afterward.

An order is confirmed automatically once Cashfree Payments, our licensed and RBI-regulated payment gateway, confirms your payment has gone through — see our Privacy Policy for details. Product prices, shipping charges, and order totals are always calculated and verified on our servers at the time of purchase, not taken from your browser.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate contact and shipping information — we are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect details you provided.
