When you place an order, create an account, or contact us, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your shipping address — collected only for orders that include a physical product; not required for digital-only orders
• Order details: items purchased, quantities, and amount paid

We do not collect any information beyond what's needed to process your order, provide support, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, a licensed and RBI-regulated payment gateway. At checkout, you're taken to Cashfree's secure payment page (UPI, cards, netbanking, or a wallet — whichever you prefer), where you enter your payment details directly with Cashfree, not with us.

We never see, receive, or store your UPI PIN, card number, CVV, or net banking credentials. Cashfree confirms your payment to us automatically and securely once it's complete, and your order is confirmed immediately — no manual review or waiting period on our end.

• Physical orders — your name, phone number, and shipping address are shared with our courier partner (Delhivery) solely to print the shipping label and deliver your order.
• Digital orders — your email address is used to deliver your download link. No shipping address is collected or required.
• Order confirmations, dispatch updates, and customer support communication.
• Generating GST-compliant invoices, as required under Indian tax law.
• Resolving payment disputes, refund requests, and cancellations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

To run this website and fulfil orders, we share the minimum necessary data with:

• Cashfree Payments — our payment gateway (see Section 2). They receive your name, contact details, and order amount to process payment; we never see or store your actual payment credentials.
• Delhivery — our courier partner, receives your name, phone number, and address to deliver physical orders.
• ImageKit — hosts and delivers the product photographs shown on this website. Product images do not contain your personal information.
• Vercel — hosts this website and its underlying infrastructure.

Each of these providers only receives the data necessary to perform their specific function for us.

We retain order and transaction records for as long as required under Indian tax and accounting law — currently up to 8 years — even if you later ask us to delete your account. Account details not tied to a legal retention requirement (such as your saved contact details) are deleted or anonymised upon request, as described below.

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing bhoomitrageotech@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", along with the email or phone number your order was placed under. We will act on verified requests within 30 days, except where we are legally required to keep certain records (such as invoices, for tax purposes) for the retention period described above.

We use an essential login session cookie so you can stay signed in to your account. Your shopping cart and wishlist are stored directly in your browser's local storage, not on our servers, until you check out. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. No online system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we do not store any payment card or banking credentials on our own systems at all — see Section 2.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
